10:45 AM – Strength. This class consists of basic strength and range of motion exercises using hand weights and body weight, both standing and seated. Will also include stretching towards the end of class. 3:15 PM – Chair Exercise. |
2:00 PM – Water Arthritis. The gentle activities in warm water will help you gain strength and flexibility. Exercises focus on activities of daily living, moving a joint through your range of motion and holding to feel a gentle stretch in the muscle. 3:15 PM – Memory Care Exercise Classes. |
