Yes.  At the Kingsley campus we allow up to 2 pets.  Cats are welcome, as are dogs up to 35 lbs.
A $600 per pet non-refundable deposit is required per pet and there is an additional monthly pet fee of $30 per pet.

Eight meals are included only for Kingsley Place Independent Living residents.

After two years of private pay, if on a care service plan, if there is an open Elderly Waiver apartment. (May need to share an apartment.)

Yes.  Limited storage is available onsite for an additional monthly fee of $50.

Yes – Indoor parking is available for an additional monthly fee. Underground, heated parking of $72.

No – All utilities, including electricity, water, sewer, trash/recycling removal, cable tv, internet, and phone are included in the rent.
